Assistant Toddler Teacher (Ages 2-3) Hilltop School 218 Ohio Street, Bangor, ME 04401 Assistant Toddler Teacher (Ages 2-3) Join our warm and welcoming team at Hilltop School, a place where curiosity is nurtured, play is powerful, and every child is seen. We’re seeking a caring, energetic Assistant Toddler Teacher to support our 2-3-year-olds as they explore, grow, and build the foundations for lifelong learning. This is a 40 hour per week, Monday through Friday, year-round position and is benefits eligible. The shift for this particular position is 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
What You’ll Do:
Support the lead teacher in creating a playful, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment Help guide children through daily routines with patience, empathy, and joy Foster social-emotional growth through connection and consistency Encourage independence, exploration, and wonder every step of the way
