Eligible for emergency telework: With Supervisor approval
Purpose:
Health para-professional, to aid teacher and/or nurse with assisting with the care of students with disabilities and medical needs. This assistance may include, but is not limited to, tube feedings, catheterization, dressing care, transferring and positioning students for bathroom needs, personal care, safe travel in and around the educational environment, and procedures ordered by the physician. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, aiding the teacher with certain clerical duties, classroom routines, student supervision, student academic support, and positive behavioral supports.

Essential Job Functions:
- Attend work in a regular, reliable and punctual manner.
- To “telework” when requested by the District.
- Aid teacher with certain clerical duties
- Assist with care of medically fragile students
- Other assigned duties
