The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working with infants/children aged 6 weeks to 24 months, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning and structured activities. Responsibilities Implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Foster individual growth by adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning and development at home. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Incorporate Montessori principles and other educational frameworks into daily activities. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects the values of respect, responsibility, and community. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development theories and literacy education methodologies is beneficial. Previous experience in private school environments or Montessori settings is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
