Part-time Paraprofessional with knowledge of ASL Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a meaningful impact in a young learner’s life? Soliant is seeking a compassionate, reliable Part-Time Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for a Pre-K student in a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment near Springfield, MO .

Position Highlights:

One-on-one support for a Pre-K student with communication needs Ideal for someone with fluent American Sign Language (ASL) skills Collaborate with a team of educators to foster academic, social, and emotional growth Focus on individualized instruction and positive reinforcement

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, patient, and dedicated individual who enjoys working with young children Fluency in ASL strongly preferred to support student communication Active listener and clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills Previous experience in early childhood education, special education, or behavior support is a plus

Requirements:

Candidates with an active Missouri DESE Paraprofessional or Substitute Certificate are preferred, but not necessary. Ability to commit to Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Dependable transportation and punctuality required Candidates must be able to sit/stand up on the classroom floor to interact with student.
