GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- College student with at least 30 semester hours and a grade point average of 3.0 or above.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- include the following: + Will be responsible for participants in the resident halls.
+ Will provide daily meetings with residential group at the beginning of the day to set goals/objectives for the day and at the end of the day to assess the goals/objectives of the day. + Will assist academic instructors during class sessions. + Will provide intervention/tutoring to struggling participants. + All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Will supervise participants during their residential stay and during summer activities.
