Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood; or must hold an Associates degree OR at least 60 hours of earned college credit hours AND 12 Early Childhood college credit hours OR completion of an Early Childhood training program; or must hold a High School diploma or equivalent AND passing scores for the WorkKeys test (Silver Certificate) AND 12 early childhood college credit hours or completion of an Early Childhood training program. Proficiency in skills of reading, and writing; Demonstrated interest in and a positive attitude toward the duties and responsibilities required to perform as an instructional assistant. Must pass criminal background check as prescribed by state statute.
