The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to curriculum development and the ability to engage with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning through play and exploration. Plan and execute daily lessons that incorporate math, language, arts, and physical activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and development. Provide individualized support for students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves freely. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Requirements Experience in preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques. Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff. Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus. Familiarity with toddler care practices is beneficial.
