Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support and supervision to students during classroom activities
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Help create a safe and positive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with preparing materials and resources for lessons and activities
- Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Experience:
- Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Familiarity with toddler care, preschool, or infant care practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and students
- Experience with classroom management techniques and strategies
- Understanding of special education needs and accommodations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
