Elementary Teacher AssistantYour Calling Starts Here At BridgeWay Prep, we believe education is a ministry, and our teachers and assistants are world-changers in training! We’re looking for a joy-filled, dependable, and nurturing Teacher Assistant to help our little learners grow in both wisdom and faith. If you love giggles, glue sticks, Bible stories, and “aha” moments—this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:
Support your lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging classroom Help kids with reading, crafts, centers, and hands-on activities Share God’s love through encouragement, patience, and a joyful spirit Supervise recess, snack, and playtime with lots of smiles and high-fives Assist with materials prep, tidying up, and classroom organization
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children (in school, church, or camp is great!) A heart for Jesus and a love for children A calm, flexible, and joyful presence High school diploma required; college coursework a plus Perks of Working at
