The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities. This role is essential in fostering the development of our students through hands-on learning experiences and individualized support. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. Support children in their learning, ensuring that each child receives the attention they need. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Engage with children during playtime, promoting social skills and cooperation. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with teachers on curriculum development tailored to meet the needs of all students. Observe and document children’s progress, providing feedback to educators on developmental milestones. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that accommodates working with children with disabilities. Skills Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in childcare settings, particularly with preschool-aged children. Knowledge of Montessori methods and philosophy is a plus. Ability to develop engaging curriculum activities that promote learning in areas such as math and childhood development.
