Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals/Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a Paraprofessional/Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals with personal care, daily goal planning, medication administration, daily documentation, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of their environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with personal care, including grooming, hygiene, and feeding Work with individuals to set daily goals and promote independence Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals at all times Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals Complete daily documentation accurately and in a timely manner Work as part of a team to convey key information and ensure effective communication Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in a similar role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
