What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a caring, dependable team player who: Holds an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required). Has a current NC Background Check/Qualification Letter . Brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the classroom each day. Enjoys building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Is willing to pitch in with daily routines, including classroom cleaning, dishwashing, and assisting with toileting needs. Is passionate about supporting children’s development through hands-on learning and play. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your Role:

As a Pre-K Assistant Teacher, you’ll: Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities. Help create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Promote safety, independence, and social-emotional growth among students. Assist with classroom organization, daily routines, and communication with families.
