Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and faith-based lesson plans Foster a nurturing, Christ-honoring atmosphere that supports children’s spiritual, emotional, and academic development Supervise and engage children during play, learning, meals, and rest time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Communicate positively and professionally with children, parents, and team members
Requirements:
A personal and active Christian faith 1-2 years of experience in a childcare or early childhood education setting Valid ID and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check A heart for teaching, a team-player attitude, and a commitment to nurturing young learners
