Job Description

Christian Preschool Teacher/Teacher Assistant FBCM Weekday Preschool 150 South Church Street, Mooresville, NC 28115

Responsibilities:

Implements our developmentally appropriate curriculum (ABC Jesus Love Me). Ability to handle different demands from children aged 12 months to 5 years. Be organized and can create a positive learning environment. Ensure a safe structured learning environment. Sensitive to the needs and emotions of children and their parents. Create daily lesson plans that are age appropriate for the children in your care. Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and other staff members. Strong use of technology to deliver child progress to parents and other teachers. FBCM Weekday Preschool provides a Christ-centered atmosphere for all children! We implement a fun, engaging and challenging comprehensive learning curriculum all while providing a safe and nurturing environment! Throughout the year we will have special events and field trips. The children also participate in specials such as music, Spanish, science and Chapel. Come join us in God’s Garden and help up plant seeds of Christ and kindergarten readiness! This position will be for the fall of 2025!
