Hours:

7:45am – 3:15pm Monday through Friday Asst Lead Teacher in classroom of 3-6 year olds Understand and promote the school’s vision, mission, and goals to students, parents, and community. Assist lead teacher in lessons, working one on one with children, classroom supervision. Work with the community of administrators, teachers, parents, and students, in articulating and maintaining the integrity and scope of the Montessori and Reggio methods. Assist in classroom management with a student to teacher ratio of 17:2 Working with students of varying abilities in the classroom. Participate in field trips, some extra curricular events at IA, and staff meetings Continuing professional development and participating in recommended conferences, training programs, courses, and other areas of professional growth.
