The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation of educational programs, engage with students, and contribute to their overall development. This role is essential in fostering a positive atmosphere conducive to learning, particularly in early childhood education settings. Duties Assist the lead teacher in preparing and implementing lesson plans and educational activities. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and orderly environment for students. Engage with students during instructional activities, promoting participation and enthusiasm for learning. Provide care and supervision for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Help with curriculum development by contributing ideas and resources that enhance literacy education and math skills. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative educational experience. Assist in assessing student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher regarding individual student needs. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Qualifications Experience or coursework in early childhood education or related field preferred. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain focus and discipline among young learners. Knowledge of curriculum development practices that support literacy education and math instruction. Previous experience in private school settings is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Passion for educating young children with a focus on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with toddlers and preschool-aged children.
