The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. This role requires effective communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that may occur. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures. Requirements Previous experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred. Skills in behavior management to effectively address various classroom dynamics. Experience working with students with disabilities is a plus. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. First aid certification is highly desirable. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment.
