Job Description ECU Department of Eastern AHEC Administration is currently seeking several Program Assistants.
Basic requirements/expectations:
Open/close the first floor each day.
Be the primary room set up person.
Assist during all programming/events as needed.
Answer questions/direct visitors.
Do spot-cleaning, restocking as needed.
Answer the phone and answer questions/transfer as needed.
Interact positively with all customers and staff.
Secondary requirements:
Learn and provide basic AV support.
Be willing to learn and accept tasks from other departments to work on during slow times.
