The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves ensuring students complete homework, managing classroom behavior, and promoting the overall development of each child. A background in childhood development and childcare is highly desirable but not necessary. If you have a lot of energy and love working with kids, we want you to apply! You must be great at :

  • allowing free play and free expression
  • arriving ON-TIME every day
  • being an excellent role model Responsibilities Arrive at school on time.

Allow students time to complete their homework and help them by offering your guidance. Offer a unique free play experience when indoors and keep the noise level down and assist lead teacher in ensuring the space is clean Allow plenty of outside play and be able to communicate and enforce parameters for safety Follow instructions of the lead teacher where your help is needed Ensure all used spaces are clean and ready for the next day. Qualifications Experience working with children in educational settings or sports coaching. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and compassionately. Experience in camp settings is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for educating young minds and fostering their growth.
