Location:

Willow Springs, NC We are hiring a dependable and compassionate paraprofessional to provide direct, in-home support to an adult with high support needs. This role involves assisting with daily personal care, mobility, and routine living activities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting with personal hygiene, meal prep, and light housekeeping Assisting with mobility and use of adaptive equipment Following established daily routines and communicating effectively with the primary caregiver Promoting a respectful, safe, and supportive atmosphere

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in direct care or a related human services role Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting and positioning Strong communication skills and reliability Must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license Must pass a background check and complete required training

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00

PM Status:

Full-time (40 hours/week)
