We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students. Duties:
  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development
  • Support students in their learning journey, providing guidance and assistance as needed
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to create engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Participate in parent-teacher conferences

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
