Week Caseload:
1:1 with middle school students Job Duties Provide daily classroom assistance to students with special needs, supporting their academic, social, and behavioral development. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt materials to meet the needs of each student. Assist students in both one-on-one and small group settings to help them succeed in their coursework. Assist in life skills such as diapering, toileting and feeding as needed. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence.
Requirements:
Two years at an institution of higher education or an Associate’s degree or a para educator certificate Experience working with special education students with behavioral aid preferred Must have reliable transportation
Hourly Pay:
