Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional II to provide 1:1 support for a first-grade student. This role involves implementing a behavior support plan, collecting data, and collaborating with the Case Manager, Teacher, Related Service Providers, and BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to a first-grade student. Implement and follow the student’s behavior support plan. Collect and record data on the student’s progress and behavior. Consult regularly with the Case Manager, Teacher, Related Service Providers, and BCBA. Support the student’s academic and social development in the classroom.

Qualifications:

Must hold a NH DOE Paraprofessional II certification. Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow and implement behavior support plans. Excellent organizational and data collection skills. Why Join Us?
