Job Overview:
Lebanon Middle School is seeking a full time 1:1 Paraeducator to work with an out of district student who will be attending the Lebanon Middle School. The ideal candidate must have the ability to build relationships with students and to work as a collaborative member of a professional learning multi-disciplinary team, and other duties as outlined in the LSS Professional Agreement. This vacancy is for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.
The regular work schedule is 7 hours a day, Monday-Friday with a 30-minute duty-free lunch. Paraeducators perform a duty (morning or afternoon) and cover recess for the classroom.
Paraeducator I & II Certification preferred, but not required.
General Job Goals:
- To assist the staff/related service providers in achieving instructional objectives.
- To facilitate the participation of all students in the general curriculum and to develop their abilities to function independently.
- To assist collaborating teacher(s) in facilitating the personal, social, and intellectual growth of student(s).
- Participation in professional learning opportunities.
- Flexibility in working in a variety of school settings and possible travel to alternative locations as necessary.

Pay:
