Our Reggio-inspired approach encourages collaboration, exploration, and self-expression. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our lead educators and help create a rich, dynamic learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing the Reggio-inspired curriculum and classroom activities. Support children’s individual needs, providing one-on-one or small group assistance as needed. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Help set up and organize classroom materials, as well as assist with daily routines. Document children’s learning progress and contribute to progress reports. Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. Experience working with young children in an educational setting, ideally using the Reggio Emilia approach. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students. Passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s development.
