Ideal candidate will be:

high energy self motivated able to multi-task have a passion for young children (preschool age preferred) great sense of humor! Previous experience caring for young children ages 12 months to 4 years, is helpful. Previous experience a childcare center is preferred. Must have the ability to work and be comfortable with exercising good judgement and decision making skills, as well as, maintaining a safe environment at all times. Able to work in a team environment, yet can manage your own classroom independently Ability to manage and create routines for young children Have great communication skills with children, parents, and co-workers Available to work between the hours of 7:30am – 5:15pm. Hours/shifts are flexible. Ideal candidate will be available 2 afternoons/week until 5pm, with a combination of early and late shifts – 6-8 hours/each.

Requirements:

Minimum of 9 credits in Early Childhood Education, degree preferred or equivalent experience/in school CPR/First Aid Certified Must be able to pass a
