RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the teacher with daily instructional activities and classroom management. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs. Help implement and reinforce individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and report feedback to the teacher. Prepare classroom materials and contribute to a positive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success.
