Qualifications:
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
Educational background in psychology, education, or related fields
Experience working with students in behavioral settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide consistent support and redirection as needed
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
Location:
Rochester, NH Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a behavior analyst
Provide support to students prone to eloping, ensuring safety and structure throughout the school day
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioral data
Offer guidance and encouragement to students, promoting educational focus
Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development as required
