Pay Rate:

$15 $25 per hour (based on experience) Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional (PARA) or Teacher Assistant (TA) for one of our partner schools in Strafford, NH. This is a full-time, school-based role offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering lesson plans and instructional activities Provide 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support to students with special needs Reinforce learning concepts, assist with assignments, and help manage classroom behavior Collaborate with educators and specialists to ensure inclusive student support

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or higher Paraprofessional II Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable working with students with disabilities and diverse learning needs Must pass background checks and complete all credentialing requirements (e.g., fingerprints, physical exam)
