The Summer Program Assistant (SPA) is a youth-facing temporary, full-time position responsible for co-planning and co-facilitating DCH’s Summer Programming with the Education Coordinator. The SPA is responsible for the oversight of daily activities, needs and safety of all residents and will provide support to programming as directed by Shift Supervisor/Staff on shift. This position reports directly to the Education Coordinator. All staff at Dover Children’s Home must be aged 21 years or older by the start of their employment.
