Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our summer team as Assistant Enrichment Leaders. This role supports the planning and delivery of engaging educational and recreational activities for students in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, are team players, and bring creativity and energy to each day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision of students during enrichment activities, field trips, and transitions.
Support lead instructors in delivering lessons, games, and projects in a variety of subjects (e.g., arts, STEM, wellness).
Help with setup and cleanup of program materials and activity spaces.
Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere.
Assist with attendance tracking and general program logistics.
Respond appropriately to student needs and follow safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum age: 18
Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
