We currently have openings for paraprofessionals in our Self-Contained and Inclusion classrooms. Learn to utilize strategies based on IEP goals and/or specific teaching methodologies to increase students communication, self-care and academic skills. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to enter the education or social sciences industries. No experience necessary. Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in implementing educational and behavioral plans
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Assist with classroom management and organization
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special education needs
• Help educate and care for toddlers in the classroom environment Qualifications
• Experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education
• Familiarity with classroom dynamics and special education practices
• Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents
