General Education Instructional Aide Part Time (3 available positions)

5 hours per day

Location:

Mansfield Township Elementary School Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma; 60 credits preferred.
• Criminal history background check required as well as proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Reports to:

MTES Principal Job Description:

Assists students as needed in the General Education setting.

Terms of Employment:

Position to begin after Board of Education and Criminal History approval. Mansfield Township Education Association contract applies

Rate of Pay:

$16.15 per hour as per Board of Education current

MTEA Agreement:

• additional $1.00 per hour for an Associate’s Degree,
• additional $1.50 per hour for a Bachelor’s Degree,
• additional $3.

50 per hour for a Teaching Certificate Full time employees are eligible to participate in the following: medical, prescription and dental plans, NJ State administered Retirement System and in the Defined Contribution Retirement Program, tuition reimbursement, possible stipends, sick and personal days and paid time off.
