Assistant Preschool Teacher Position Available In Hunterdon, New Jersey

Assistant Preschool Teacher Clinton Presbyterian Church 91 Center Street, Clinton, NJ 08809 Clinton Presbyterian Church is a week-day preschool program for children ages 3-5. Our mission is to provide a safe, stimulating educational experience in a warm and nurturing Christian environment. We aim to establish a program in which the uniqueness of every child is valued and where children can grow in confidence and independence while also learning to care for and respect others. We are seeking a loving, caring, energetic individual with a love for children to assist the Lead Teacher in the daily classroom activities. Job Duties Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing as dynamic daily preschool program. Communicate positively with students, parents and staff. Work with other staff to maintain a safe, clean and sanitized environment for the children Maintain a commitment to professionalism Job Requirements Federal and State Clearances are required High School Diploma or GED required CPR and First Aid Certification a plus Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors and outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.

Part Time 7.5-17.5 hours per week, AM hours•845am-1215pm We are seeking a cnadiadte to either work Mon through Friday AM hours or Tues/Thursday AM hours (Program will run September•May)
