Duties Support the lead teacher in implementing daily lessons and classroom activities Supervise and engage children in developmentally appropriate play and learning Assist with classroom organization, meal/snack times, and toileting routines Build positive relationships with children and families Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Required) CDA or Associate?s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred or must be willing to obtain) Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow
