Support lead math teachers in delivering engaging, grade-level aligned instruction in Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and/or Pre-Calculus. Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce concepts and provide academic support. Assist in preparing materials, grading assignments, and tracking student progress. Contribute to classroom management and a positive, inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues in planning, professional development, and department meetings. Participate in co-planning time and data review sessions. Engage in formal coaching cycles with instructional leaders. Serve as a positive role model for students by demonstrating professionalism, responsibility, and a growth mindset.
