Responsibilities:
Foster genuine relationships with each child Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages exploration Adapt teaching methods to meet children’s interests and learning styles Track children’s progress and report to parents Help children reach developmental milestones Plan activities that develop self-esteem and social skills Communicate professionally with parents and fellow staff
