Assistant Toddler/Two’s Teacher 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Wayne, NJ 07470 Job Summary We are seeking a warm, caring, and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our nurturing team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and eager to support the growth and well-being of our youngest learners in a safe and loving environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Teacher in providing attentive and individualized care to infants. Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and napping. Engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory and motor skills development. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Communicate with parents and staff about infants’ progress and any concerns. Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and school policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with young children in a child care setting is preferred. A nurturing, patient, and dependable nature. Strong communication and teamwork skills. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to lift and carry children and engage in active play.
