Position Overview:

We are seeking a Kindergarten Classroom Aide to assist the lead teacher in creating a positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment for our young learners. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, dependable, and excited to support early childhood education in a faith-based setting.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting the classroom teacher with daily instruction, activities, and classroom management Working with small groups or individual students as directed by the teacher Helping with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and cleanup Supervising students during lunch, recess, and transitions Supporting the Catholic identity and mission of the school Demonstrating kindness, respect, and a positive attitude at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with young children (preferred) Practicing Catholic (preferred) or respectful of Catholic values and mission Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively Warm, caring, and patient demeanor
