Part-Time Teacher Assistant Position Available In Union, New Jersey

Part-Time Teacher Assistant Zadie’s Nurturing Den 1 Walnut Street, Summit, NJ 07901 Zadie’s Nurturing Den located in Summit, NJ is looking for highly motivated, part-time assistant teachers who will not only love, respect, and value the learning process for our students, but also become deeply engaged in the progress and development of each child. This is an excellent chance for a high school or college student, or someone in need of part-time employment to join a family-oriented, vibrant, and dynamic team environment.

Duties:

Provide afternoon support to the lead teacher. Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating indoor and outdoor environment for young children. This role involves assisting with daily activities, communicating with parents, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and ensuring the well-being of the children.

Requirements:

High energy. Ability to work well with others. Strong oral and written communication skills. An understanding of child development. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must clear full background check and must pass a health screening. We are conveniently located within walking distance to the Summit train station and the 70 bus. Please see our available shifts below. Part-Time (3 to 5 weekdays) -7:30am-2:00pm – 3:00pm-6:00pm
