Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• Create a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow
• Provide guidance and support to students in their social, emotional, and academic development
• Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
• Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and educational games
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
