HELP WORKS
is a program that provides training and job placement assistance for residents in our shelter programs. As Program Assistant, you’ll provide support services for the Director and other support staff including events, projects, budgeting, payroll and meetings.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in creation of promotional materials, agency forms, and flyers. Generating weekly and monthly reports. Scheduling meetings, trainings, and interviews. You’re a great fit for this role if you have: High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills. Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to multi-task with shifting priorities. Creativity and ability to take initiate and follow-though. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively as a team player and to interface with all levels of management. Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications. We Have
