POSITION
: General Education Teacher Aide
LOCATION

Mamaroneck Avenue School HOURS :
Monday•Friday, 35 hours per week
TIME:
8am•3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch
SUPERVISOR
: Building Assistant Principal
DATE POSITION IS AVAILABLE
: August 28, 2025 RESPONSIBILITIES•
General Education Aide:
Support of students in and out of the classroom Collaboration with other staff members on behalf of the student’s success Monitor the health and well-being of students Effectively communicate with classroom teacher and administration Assist classroom teacher as needed Supervise students during lunch/recess Other duties as assigned
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
A professional, patient, and calm demeanor with children of all ages
REQUIREMENTS
Experience preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
High School Diploma
