Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as needed. Collaborate with colleagues in education administration to enhance school programs and initiatives. Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and cooperation among students. Provide tutoring support for students who require additional assistance in subjects such as math. Engage in public speaking opportunities, including parent-teacher meetings and school events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience working with children in a classroom setting or private school environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and educational technology. Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
