Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience working with children in a classroom setting or private school environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and educational technology. Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
