Job Description
Assistant Teacher Grace Assembly Learning Center 1271 W Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475 We are seeking a passionate and dedicated assistant teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves helping teach children about Jesus while also helping create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons and activities Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Support spiritual development through prayer, Bible stories, and Christian songs Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods Model positive behavior and encourage social development Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents Assist with diapering, potty training, and other basic caregiving tasks Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners by providing them with the foundation they need for lifelong success!
