Job Description
Instructional Aide 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Chester, PA 19013 Searching for highly motivated individual looking to make a difference in a Child’s education.
General job duties are:
- Sit with and assistant student during virtual classes (at their home), during school day (3 hours per day, sometime between 8am-3pm
MONDAY-FRIDAY
)
- Redirect and encourage focus/keep student attentive during live classes
- Facilitate class attendance and participation while in class
- Assist with organizational skills and planning for the school week

- Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Preferred experience working in a school district, with school aged students or with individuals with special needs
- Must pass all background checks/clearances for criminal history and child abuse and other school requirements.
