School Year Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional fluent in both English and Spanish to support a student in an elementary school setting in Media, PA. This is a full-time, school-year contract opportunity, ideal for candidates passionate about making a direct impact in a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to a student Deliver individualized instruction aligned with classroom learning objectives Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and school staff Track and report on student progress and daily activities Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish required High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in school, childcare, or special education settings preferred Must meet required state and district clearances

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, school-year contract (20252026) MondayFriday, approximately 8:15 AM2:45 PM (hours subject to change) Hourly pay $17+, varies based on experience
