Paraprofessional/PCA 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Columbia, PA 17512 Substitute Teacher Service is seeking Paraeducators and PCAs to support students in the Special Education Program in Columbia Borough School District. Day-to-day job duties of a Paraprofessional/PCA are determined by the classroom teacher or his/her designee, as they may vary depending upon the changing needs of the classroom(s), student(s), and/or school district. Duties include supporting special education students – redirecting, keeping on task, behavioral/emotional support, personal care support including toileting. Qualifications and Required Documents Proof of a high school diploma or higher education A Pennsylvania Criminal Records check (Act 34) that is clean and less than 1 years old A Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance History (Act 151) that is clean and less than 1 years old A FBI Criminal History Record that is clean and less than 1 years old TB Test/chest x-ray that is less than 3 months old Additional Onboarding Documents to be discussed during the hiring process.
