For Substitute Teachers:

Bachelor’s Degree (Any, does not have to be in Education) Emergency Teaching Permit will be provided at no cost (for Teachers) For Paraprofessionals

• Kelly Education follows all PA state education clearances dated within 1 year No experience required

Pay:

For Substitute Teacher

• $150 to $170 per day

For Paraprofessionals :

Playground aide

• $18 per hour Custodian
• $18 per hour Lunch Monitor
• $18 per hour Managed Perm Paraprofessionals
• $18 per hour Secretary
• $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Leading instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher’s existing lesson plans
• Instructing students on classroom topics/courses
• Building positive relationships
• Assigning reasonable tasks and homework
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• Build a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
• Adapt to the various learning styles of students
• For long-term assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments Perks you’ll enjoy with
