Infant Teacher Aide Learning and growing childcare center 60 Milanville Road, Beach Lake, PA 18405 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in educational activities
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual needs
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners Requirements
• Previous experience in childcare, preschool education, or related field
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Ability to educate and care for infants and preschool-aged children
• Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
